Mason Keene-McCann

Mason Keene-McCann graduated from Melbourne Law School with a Juris Doctor. During his degree he travelled to the international institutions in Geneva and wrote a thesis on the effects of World Trade Organization rules on Australia’s tobacco plain packaging laws. Mason was admitted to practice at the Supreme Court of Victoria and holds a practising certificate in the Australian Capital Territory. He joined Boettcher Law in 2022. Mason has extensive experience in commercial litigation and working with barristers and experts to achieve the best possible results in complex and contentious cases. He can assist with both enforcing and defending your rights in court and achieving the most advantageous settlement terms. He is also an experienced wills and estates solicitor, dealing both with contested and uncontested probate and estate administration cases. He can work with you to draft your will and plan your estate with confidence that your loved ones will be looked after, no matter what happens. With his experience in all areas of commercial practice, Mason works with clients to find creative legal solutions for complex problems. Outside of work Mason loves spending time in nature, reading good books and relaxing with his wife and cats.
